As a very good friend of mine once said, "never have I packed so little to go so far", I find this again that is true; what to take, what will we need, how cold or hot will it get, and how DO we get sleeping bags into the backpacks? (note: that is NOT going to happen!)
So after the many hours of research, the plans made, money spent, vaccines had, and documents secured, we are ready to go - mostly.
But this is it... just 3(now2) more sleeps and we will be on a plane to Lima, Peru and the start of our South American trip. I'm beyond excited and Stuart is still nervous!
